I had this issue on my Samsung J7 for like one month. I googled this issue and tried many advice but it didn't work. Someone said it is the problem with the charger because i didn't use the original charger. Now the problem with flickering is only when your phone brightness is very low. The flickering is like pink when it is worse. I really don't know what the actual cause of the issue is but after reading many posts from a forum i was pretty sure that it is a bug from the new update. But Samsung didn't bring a new update for this bug fix. What I did to Solve the Problem: I noticed that when i increase the brightness to full and keep it for a day and i reduce the brightness to low the phone no longer flickers. For like few hours I had no issue of my phone flickering. So that is the solution to the problem. The next time i kept my phone with full brightness for a week and guess what my phone doesn't flicker anymore at any brightness. But to use your phone
