How to Stop your Mobile Phone Screen from Flickering
I had this issue on my Samsung J7 for like one month. I googled this issue and tried many advice but it didn't work. Someone said it is the problem with the charger because i didn't use the original charger. Now the problem with flickering is only when your phone brightness is very low. The flickering is like pink when it is worse.
I really don't know what the actual cause of the issue is but after reading many posts from a forum i was pretty sure that it is a bug from the new update. But Samsung didn't bring a new update for this bug fix.
What I did to Solve the Problem:
I noticed that when i increase the brightness to full and keep it for a day and i reduce the brightness to low the phone no longer flickers. For like few hours I had no issue of my phone flickering. So that is the solution to the problem. The next time i kept my phone with full brightness for a week and guess what my phone doesn't flicker anymore at any brightness.
But to use your phone with full brightness is kind of difficult at least for a week. So what i did is downloaded a screen overlay app called 'Twilight' that can reduce the brightness of phone. So that's it increase the phone brightness to full and increase the dim to full in Twilight app. Keep it for a week and you'r phone is free from flickering.
After going through many forums i have noticed that this issue is faced by many phones so you can try this as well on your phone.
